iPortal iSPKP APAD is the online portal for iSPKP — Sistem Pelesenan Kenderaan Perdagangan — managed by the Agensi Pengangkutan Awam Darat (APAD) in Malaysia.
It’s a digital licensing and management system used to handle all official processes related to licensing public and commercial transport vehicles and related permits.
What is iSPKP for
The iSPKP portal (accessed at iportal.ispkp.gov.my) is used for:
Online Licensing & Permits
You can apply for new licences or permits for various types of public and commercial transport vehicles, including:
- Buses
- Taxis & e-hailing vehicles
- Goods vehicles
- Tourist vehicles
- Rail vehicles
Permits previously handled manually at APAD counters are now managed through this portal.
Renewals & Changes
The system supports renewals, transfers of ownership, licence amendments (ubah syarat), and other updates to existing licences digitally.
Application Status & Documents
Users can check the status of their applications, make payments, and download official documents (like licence documents) via the portal.
Profile Management
It also manages user profiles, company information, and integrates with other relevant agency data for licensing.
