How to Apply or Renew via i-SPKP
Register Your Company
All companies must be registered on the i-SPKP portal before submitting applications or renewals. Guide: ispkp guide
Prepare Required Documents
Standard documents include:
- Company registration
- Vehicle Geran
- Valid insurance
- JPJ K9 / PUSPAKOM inspection report
- Workshop letter (if applicable)
Existing APAD approval letter (for renewals)
3 Important Compliance Documents
During renewal, APAD may also require additional compliance documentation:
- GPS Compliance Certificate

- Speed Limiter (SLD) Verification
